I entered the automotive retail world in 2002, since 2005 I have immersed myself in automotive internet sales and digital marketing. In January of 2012 I joined the team at 3 Birds Marketing. I am incredibly excited to be able to deliver the most innovative and powerful automotive SEO, retention and conversion tools available, as well as share my knowledge and experience with my dealer partners.
Much of what I have learned I found on blogs like this one.The key to success for me was in the people that I met and what I learned from them along the way.This segment of the
automotive retail industry is unique in that many of us aren’t afraid to share what we know. There are a lot of internet sales experts that will tell you that they had barely scratched the surface of digital marketing, when everything changed again.
Here I’ll share proven automotive processes and digital marketing strategies along with stories and anecdotes from my time in the car business. My objective here is to share articles, training tips and information that is helpful to the average automotive e-commerce sales person, manager or director. Of Course everyone is welcome, and from time to time I may post musings not necessarily automotive related.
I will work hard to be true to the title and keep these pages updated with current and relevant content on a “Daily” basis.
